Distribution manifolds that BHS Engineering proposes are series Cn1002/12 and Cn114002/14, especially created for the control and distribution of fluid in heating the floor. Thanks to its high mechanical performance of raw material compared to conventional extruded or cast brass manifolds, it is possible, with the same nominal diameter,  to propose manifolds with reduced wall thicknesses. This greatly reduces weight while improving handling and increasing sections thus leading to a loss reduction of local pressure.

This type of collector ensures precise control of flow control to individual circuits.

This header is supplied with all accessories: manual air vents, faucets and drain, end caps, sumps´s housing immersion thermometers (AD0800T) and support brackets, thermostatic valves on the return flow meters with holder Built on the outlet.

The connection of the risers can be done through appropriate supply of ball valves that BHS Engineering provides (RV100B / R, RV114B / R, RV11200R). The latter placed at the end of the risers allow connecting through imprisoned by cap (1 "or 1" 1 / 4 depending on model) with a flat seal between manifold and risers.

Connection to the circuits is implemented through specific fittings to be chosen from, depending on diameter of the pipe, among those that BHS Engineering offers. This set of headers allows you to vary the number of detaches from 2 to 12 for the version 1 and from 2 to 14 for version 1 "1 / 4 (in both cases attacks are flat seat ).
