Description
THERMOEASY, technologically advanced solutions for floor, wall, ceiling with only 4 mm thick.
Having determined the need to design and construct buildings ever more efficient in terms of heat demand, attention should be directed towards the search for the buildings’ heating systems, given the lower demand of heat energy (up to 4 times lower than the systems related to traditional fossil carbon), with the following characteristics:
• flexibility and efficiency, which means ability to solve the usual problems that may arise in heating systems and to be used in different ways (floor, wall, ceiling, radiators and radiant panels)
• speed and maximum yield
• durability over time, that does not require regular and occasional maintenance
• quality components, which do not require periodic replacement
• cost-effectiveness, ie costs of purchase, consumption and maintenance considerably lower than other systems
The lower expenditure in the construction of the heating system leaves the user with a disposable income that may be invested in the installation of a plant for the production of energy from renewable sources.
The electrical system of carbon fiber has all the characteristics listed.
In addition to the traditional floor screed below, the system allows solutions directly above the heater,: floors (any kind) glued or floating. It integrates with dry floor systems. Finished products such as radiators or radiant panels from the top.
The annual running costs of a house of 100 sqm in B class are 25% cheaper than a similar house with a floor heating system with condensing boiler that rise to 45% less for a house in A Class. All due to the lack of fixed annual management costs: depreciation boiler, boiler maintenance costs, booklet cost.
The system has been chosen by the Politecnico di Torino for application in the Casa Capriata project, energetically efficient building realized according to the standard required by the Protocol Climate House Gold Class A (<10 kWh / sqm). Extreme realization, advanced technology.
