FLOORMIX: simplicity and compactness to keep the water temperature at a present level

The FLOORMIX is a compact and highly simplified module which is generally used in floor heating systems to keep the water temperature at a predetermined value. The system’s simplicity takes advantage of all the manifolds’ standard components, to which additional elements may be added based on the selected system configuration.

The adjustment of the flow temperature can be of a fixed point typology, using a remote sensor thermostat which can be set between 20 °C and 60 °C at the discretion of the system’s designer (T 3011, T 3012, T 5011, T 5012), or else a modulated typology, using the LAGO BASIC climate control system or a DHC series regulation system. Both devices offer the possibilities of fixed point adjustment using a manual setting, or else modulated adjustment based on the outside temperature. The LAGO BASIC climate control solution must be used in conjunction with the NRV 230 motor (3 point adjustment). Likewise, the DHC solution must be used in conjunction with the TE 3061 thermoelectric actuator motorisation system or else with the SRV 24 motor (proportional adjustment 0-10 V).

Zone adjustments can be performed using manual actuators or else thermoelectric on/off type actuators. In this case, the ALC 01 wiring centre can be used, which is capable of handling up to 8 zones independently using an equal number of thermostats. When using DHC series adjustment systems, on the other hand, it is possible to use the WLM2-1BA, which is equipped with a wiring centre alone for controlling 8 zones (expandable up to 14), or else the WLM2-1FS climate control unit with an integrated wiring centre.
