GS split units by Zanotti
The main manufacturing characteristic of the GS units is that they consist of two parts and that solves the installation problems which may arise with a monoblock unit, if outside the cold room there is little room for its mounting.The condensing unit is installed on the outside wall of the cold room whereas the evaporator is installed on the ceiling inside the cold room. The two parts can be installed with a certain distance from each other.
Description
All new unit series are characterized and enhanced by the new metallic grey colour.
The evaporating side is purposely in Zanotti white so that it can merge in with the cold room.
All the units of the GS series can be supplied with compressor compartment insulated with suitable soundproofing material to reduce unit noise level during functioning.
The whole range is equipped with hermetic compressors with R404A; for medium temperature applications compressors working with R134A refrigerant are already available.
Compact evaporators are provided with condensate drain. The fixing of the evaporator on the ceiling is simple and quick. The electric connections are made easier by the supplied cables provided with quick couplings.
The GS series units are ready to use, i.e. tested and precharged with gas both in the condensing and evaporating sides.
They are supplied with connection cables for the connection between condensing unit and evaporator, with connection quick couplings (with the same length as the precharged pipe chosen).

- automatic alarm system in case of insufficient cleaning of the condenser;
- capillary tube for refrigerant expansion;
- wholly automatic hot gas defrost;
- switchboard with electronic control board;
- remote control panel with 5m cable for the connection to the condensing unit;
- 2,5 m long precharged pipes;
- line cable;
- door micro-switch cable;
- cable for door heater on low temperature units only.
- 5 or 10m long precharged pipes;
- connection module for monitoring, remote management and data recording through an external supervision system;
- module for remote management of the keypad over 10metres;
- water cooled condenser;
- compressor compartment sound proofing to reduce the condensing unit noise level;
- kit for outside installation consisting of: condenser fan pressure switch or condenser fan speed regulator, compressor crankcase heater;
- voltage monitor;
- different voltage.
