IDRACLEAN CALDAIA, to clean wall and basement boilers with low water contents
A product that removes iron scaling and lime scale in primary and secondary heat exchangers of utility boilers without corroding metals nor plastics.
Description
Foridra IDRACLEAN CALDAIA is an easy and effective solution to eliminate noise, lack of heat exchange and scales inside the boiler. With a few hours of circulation inside the boiler (at least 2 hours, optimal with 4 hours, maximum 8 hours) the correct heat exchange is restored, even in condensing boilers with Giannoni France heat exchangers (as long as the coils are not blocked). With the same operation, all the other components inside the boiler can be cleaned (secondary heat exchange – diverter valve – circulator – etc). The result of the cleaning could be verified by checking the temperature of the fumes (on equal CO2) before and after the cleaning operation.
The use of CLEANTANK limits the presence of the operator at his customer’s house only for the time needed for pipe connection and hydraulic filling. IDRACLEAN CALDAIA is a specific product that removes iron scaling and lime scale in primary and secondary heat exchangers of utility boilers (also condensing boilers) without corroding metals nor plastics.
Its specific formulation allows to remove more deposit than an aggressive acid. With 5 kg of IDRACLEAN CALDAIA diluted in 7 - 10 litres of water and 4 hours of circulation it is possible to remove 1 kg of deposit in a wall boiler. If the solution becomes saturated due to excessive dirt, the fluid in circulation must be discharged and the washing operation must be repeated. The product must be diluted with water from 20% to 50%. It does not contain E.D.T.A. and does not corrode any types of metals nor plastics. It does not contain toxic or harmful substances.
