THE LOKRING JOINT
During the installation and repair work in the air conditioning field and in the refrigeration field, the connection of the piping for refrigerant gases represents one of the critical factors of success. WITHOUT LOKRING
This technology is particularly advantageous for the A/C plant installer especially in those cases where the safety aspects and the need to perform a job with almost no impact (for example in terms of cleanliness and of obstruction of the adopted tools) on the functionality of the environment where the work is carried out, are crucial.
For those jobs which must be carried out in public places (hospitals, hotels, police headquarters etc.) the LOKRING solution LOKRING allows to perform an installation job without the need to prepare all those necessary and compulsory countermeasures typical of the jobs where free flame and gas tanks are present, causing also emissions in atmosphere (indoor).
The LOKRING connections can be made with simple hand tools, whih can be used by not skilled personnel, and they are without electrical connections and free flames, and even uncomfortable positions. Thanks to this, the job can be made during working time and of public access and even in fire hazard areas, without any precaution and in a time less than 40% if compared with the soldering procedure.
WITH LOKRING
The connections obtained with LOKRING are more resistant that the soldered joint, they can be made on tubes of different metals and diameters and with T-junctions. Not presenting any contraindication in relation of the main machineries (air conditioners), the LOKRING technology (approved by official organizations esterni quasuch as TÜV and UL) can be used with any producer, but with those which should have expressly excluded its adoption, thus precluding the above mentioned series of advantages mainly for the installer and the final user.
