Multifunction hydraulic separator SEP4, saving space and serving air-conditioning systems
Caleffi's multifunction hydraulic separator SEP4 provides 4 requirement for air-conditioning systems: dirt separation, deaeration, hydraulic separation, removal of ferrous particles, all with the same filter.
Caleffi's SEP4 combines various functional components, each of them satisfying specific requirements
of circuits serving air-conditioning systems.
1) Dirt separation: thanks to its internal element, it separates and collects all the impurities in the dirt collection chamber.
2) Deaeration: the widening of the cross section decreases the flow velocity and the technopolymer mesh creates whirling movements which facilitate the release of micro-bubbles
3) Hydraulic separation: makes independent hydraulic circuits which are connected together.
Different flow rates of the primary and secondary circuits do not affect their reciprocal operation.
4) Removal of ferrous particles: the patented magnetic system attracts ferromagnetic impurities and keeps them in the collection area, preventing them from returning into circulation.
Supplied complete with pre-formed shell insulation to guarantee perfect thermal insulation. The best product for saving space and keeping all the most important functionality required by an HVAC system.
