New fitting system MULTI-PRESS - IVAR

MULTI∙PRESS is the new multi-profile press-fitting system available in a complete range, for pipes with diameter 16/2 up to diameter 63/4.5. Developed, tested and guaranteed to be used with 5 different clamp/pressing profiles (B, TH, H, F and U) with multilayer or pipes. Thanks to a careful material selection, MULTI∙PRESS fittings can be installed both in heating and drinking-water systems.

MULTI∙PRESS products main technical features are:

-    Tested and guaranteed to be used with 5 different clamp/pressing profiles: B, TH, H, F, U;
-    Possibility of checking the correct pipe positioning through the windows located on the plastic sleeve holder;
-    Two o-ring for outstanding water tightness;
-    Wide range of configurations from diameter 16 mm to 63 mm;
-    Toothed fitting profile for high pull-out resistance;
-    No-slip connection between fitting and plastic sleeve holder;
-    Material compatibility to drinking water applications.

MULTI·PRESS fittings obtained various homologations according important bodies such as DVGW, CSTB and WRAS. All fittings are homologated ACS (Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire) for installation in drinking water applications.
Besides MULTI·PRESS brass fittings, IVAR proposes press-fittings with high-performance PPSU technopolymer body (Plastic MULTI·PRESS). This material ensures high mechanical and thermal resistance and prevents the occurrence of corrosion, incrustation or water pollution.
Plastic press-fitting is available in a wide range of non-threaded figures ("tee", elbow and straight) in sizes 16/2 – 20/2 – 25/2.5 – 26/3 – 32/3, preserving the properties of the correspondent brass fitting.
