Available in 710 and 800 mm sizes, RadiPac integrates a powerful 24 kW GreenTech EC motor , capable of reaching air flows of up to 40,000 m³/h and pressures of up to 2,500 Pa . The high-efficiency motor not only exceeds the requirements of the Ecodesign Directive, but guarantees an efficiency higher than the IE5 standard.
The external rotor structure allows the elimination of rare earth magnets, benefiting sustainability and material availability.

Plug & play: simplified installation, integrated control

The RadiPac fan is designed to reduce installation time and costs . Thanks to the plug & play system, there is no need to add external inverters, sine filters, shielded cables or protection devices: everything is integrated into the system.

The compact design and pre-assembled cubic structure allow for immediate insertion into air handling units (AHU) or other HVAC systems, also reducing space requirements during transportation.

Intelligent control and certified performance

RadiPac integrates the GreenIntelligence platform , which allows continuous monitoring and intelligent control of the fan. Communication can occur either via MODBUS RTU protocol or via 0–10 V analog signal, allowing fine adjustment of the speed and operating point based on the real needs of the system.

Among the advanced features stand out:

• automatic detection of resonances, which prevents premature wear of the system;
• monitoring engine vibrations and temperature;
• automatic diagnostics, with alarm or shutdown systems in the event of imbalance;
• the “fan as a sensor” function, which allows the fan to autonomously adapt its operation.

System performance is validated by comprehensive tests on the motor, electronics and impeller, ensuring reliable and operationally true data. To support the design phase, ebm‑papst provides the FanScout software , which allows you to simulate consumption, compare different configurations and estimate costs over the entire life cycle of the fan.

Robust structure and application flexibility: the value of an intelligent design

RadiPac stands out for its compact and highly functional design , conceived to combine high performance, silence and mechanical resistance. The continuously welded backward curved aluminum impellers ensure structural strength, while the aerodynamic inlet ring and the frame in extruded profiles and die-cast plates guarantee optimized flow and long system life even in harsh conditions.

For particularly noise-sensitive applications, the optional FlowGrid accessory is available, an anti-vortex grid that significantly reduces blade noise, minimising the need for soundproofing and without compromising aerodynamic performance.

Available in 710 and 800 mm formats, RadiPac offers high application flexibility:

• RadiPac 710 : 24 kW EC motor, speed up to 2,130 rpm, maximum flow rate of 40,000 m³/h, operation at 3~ 380–480 V (50/60 Hz), ambient temperature from –25 to +40 °C.
• RadiPac 800 : comparable performance, with a structure optimised for environments requiring high airflow rates.

Both models are available in several variants and can be equipped with customized fixing systems and spring or rubber isolating elements to further reduce vibrations transmitted to the structure.
