Thermocombi: a fireplace boiler that operates perfectly with different types of fuel

Top engineering for combined combustion with firewood, pellets or mixed fuels.
The entire collection of Famar fireplace boilers operates with firewood, and the addition of the Thermocombi brings other functions. A fireplace boiler with Thermocombi burns firewood, biomass, pellets and mixed fuels.

Thermocombi is a truly innovative solution for those who love the warmth and comfort of a wood-burning fireplace but do not want to lose the automatic operation of a pellet stove. This is the only real combined stove that can burn firewood, pellets, biomass or mixed fuels, automatically changing from one to the other. The capacious tank can hold approx. 100 kg of fuel and has a double auger feeder designed to prevent flame passage. The burn pot is shaped so as to ensure stoichiometric combustion. The tank and auger feeder are compact with the fireplace boiler and can be fitted on the right or left, as required.

1 - Tank for approximately 100 Kg of fuel
2 - Double auger feeder to prevent flames passing into the tank
3 - Electronic control with programming display
4 - Comburent air flow
5 - Suitably sized burn pot with air inlet holes for primary air to optimize
stoichiometric combustion
6 - Gear motor
7 - Inverter
8 - Comburent air intake fan
